Caravan Covers

Hi All

The cassoa gold site where my van is stored have just served notice on us as its closing at the end of August.  We are intending to store the van in our back garden but there are some large ash trees at the back of the garden.  Should I use a caravan cover
or not?  Any other tips, help and advice for storing in the garden appreciated.
