Imagine the situation; you know of a former CL where you've stayed before. Nice people but they've never asked you to prove you're a Member and their website doesn't even mention that only members are allowed. So now they're no longer even registered as
a CL (certainly not with the Caravan Club) but their website is still inviting us to join them on their Caravan Club site and is all updated with 2013 pitch fees. Is this unfair on legitimate CLs? Should this be brought to the attention of the Club or the
Local Authority? Do they have the necessary insurance? Or should we live and let live and allow them to carry on as they are . . . after all no new Club Members are going to find them now and repeat customers may be disappointed if they are 'caught' and have
to stop taking caravans. What would YOU do? Take action or leave well alone?
