WiFi Air Angel connection issues

This we we visited the wharfedale cc site, I purchased £15 worth of wifi, through air angel, it worked for 2 days then went altogether, no Internet for a week, I told the site warden and they said they had received an email that AA was having problems, but
no one could find out anything, I'm back home now and it's taken 2 hours off our time code that we never used, it ruined our stay and enjoyment.
