We have had our van now for 12months with no problems or issues. This our first owned caravan, so we are learning all the time. We have recently had our van serviced, by a reputable, well known and trusted dealer, not the original selling dealer. This has
flagged up some problems. The biggest is that that tyres sold with the van were not the correct rating for the van. The van has a max load of 1000kg, the tyres were rated to 950kg, and were not the re-inforced type. Basically they were car tyres. So sensibly
we have decided to replace both road tyres, the spare oddly is OK? i think we have been luck over the last 12months of use and do not wish to test our luck further.

The question is, what do we have on the seller dealer after 12months of use, and that you could argue that the van could be loaded to 950kg all up without a problem?

Any pointers would assist greatly, Cheers.
