A plea for more hardstandings!

We recently toured theUKand stopped in 35 different locations in two months. Of these only 4 were CL’s. 

Back in March we toured the South West for two weeks and stopped on 7 CL’s! 

So the point is – with all this weather we do need more CL’s to provide ‘suitable’ hard standing for CC members. I appreciate there is a cost implication and we all respect the need to keep costs down but repeated wet summers are effecting the way we tour
and ‘camp’. The provision of more HS CL’s will benefit everybody in the long term.

 I would be interested in comments, in particular from CL owners. Incidentally we have only been touring for 6 months in our new motor home and are not willing to risk non HS CL’s at present. We did in March – and love them!
