Leak on the waste pipe.
Hi all, after having our caravan for nearly 5 months, we finally got round to getting away this coming weekend. So, as complete novices we brought our caravan hime from storage yesterday to get everything ready. This morning I have been trying to flush the water system through with puriclean treated water, then again with fresh water. Well, first off I had the drain valves turned the wrong way so water was draining straight out onto the drive. (no sniggering). Anyway, recified that, but taps just spluttering. Referred to the handbook for trouble shooting, thinking probably loss of vaccuum, checks under the van again, leak on the waste from the kitchen sink, I think, from the position. Will have to wait for Setterdad to come in from work, but is it as simple as pushing pipes back together?. This bally wind blowing a hooley isn't helping, but I'm feeling a bit irritated that I can't just get on with it! Just thinking, leak on the waste wouldn't cause the taps to splutter would it.
