Truman heater timer goes to Off

Hi

I'm currently sitting in our new van (Swift Chalenger Sport), first outing and all good apart the truma heater timer, I have enabled both timers and set their parameters, it then shows Timer On in the display, but after an hour
or so the timers go back to Off and then nothing happens when the timers are supposed to come on, so no hot water and heating. 

Am I doing something wrong or is is broken?

    Do you press the button on each setting ,which i am sure sets each part of the programme? if in dought do a reset and start again, 

    Ps we never bother with timer just have water on ECO and heating on and off as and when

    I've pressed all the buttons, enabled all the timers and then they disable themselves again.
