Lack of weekend spaces

I have just had a frantic phone call from my parents currently touring the uk in their motor home. They are at the moment based in Cirencester and need to move as the site is full for the weekend. Unfortunately they are really struggling to book a pitch
anywhere on their proposed route within a reasonable distance to travel for the weekend(s)! 

they like to book a few days at a time then move on.....but weekends are proving a big problem. Finally managed to get them one night tomorrow on Clumber Park but then they are homeless again! How can we improve this without having to book months in advance?
