Sterling elite searcher 2011 - Help please

Hi All, 

we are due to collect our caravan (2011 sterling elite searcher) from the dealer in about a week but still have a few things to get :

what type of fitting do I need on gas bottles? Screw in type or are they a quick fit BBQ type.

same question for the external BBQ point?

size of TV to fit in the drop down TV cabinet?

do I need a 13 pin electric point on my car as well as a 7 pin? And will it charge the battery en-route?
