advice on reversing sensors & insurance

Hi I am completely new to this both on the forum and motorhomes, I will be picking up my first motorhome in a couple of weeks time, it doesnt have any reversing sensors and I would like advice on most reliable and not too costly, will need to have them fitted
for me as I am female and not technically minded.  Also been ringing around for insurance, I am going to be combining full time and house sitting, do not have own property, and so far quoted 700 pounds anyone know of good less expensive insurers please? thankyou
