M25 Services - South Mimms (closed)

read an article this morning that 20 plus travelers caravans have parked up on the m5 services with no intentions of moving , police called but as far as their concerned other than fighting and arguing amongst therselves they are not causing a problem ,

now there's a 2 hr rule at these services   We our selves have had a fine for overstaying , will they get fines, ? DONT think so again one rule for them and one for us
