Human rights !! You can't have it back

A couple who spent £20,000 on a caravan and a further £10,000 on extras for it , had it stolen,  Have now after 18mths found it a short distance
away , with a gypsie couple and their 2children living in it ,  But police have said they have no right to remove them (the gypies)and return
it to the rightful owners because it would breach the gypies human rights.

So the moral of this tale is,   If your a gypsie , steel what you want .... We have no right to take it back
