Southport new pitches

I Recently booked southport when new pitches were released , was asked today as the site was fully booked for all dates previous to the new pitches being released , those that have booked the newly released pitches does that guarantee they will be pitched on them or will it be first come first served basis, and I had no idea  What do you think
