Kia Sorento Towbar

Any latest model Kia Sorento owners out there had any problem with a fixed towbar (flange or swan-neck) causing the rear parking sensors to be triggered?  I'm trying to get quotes for my KX-3 and everyone is saying have a detachable because a fixed towbar
will trigger the rear sensors.

Any help appreciated.
