Buying a new caravan

Hi,

I am in the market to purchase my first caravan for my family. My budget is up to £4000, but preferably would come in below the 4k mark. 

I have seen the following caravans for sale:

2001 Compass Aztec panorama 600 for £4000

2000 Lunar Clubman 530 for £3800

2001 Hobby 495 UFE for £3975

2000 Elldis Crown Regent GT for £2750

Does anyone have any advice they could give me regarding these models. Apart from their obvious condition, are they all generally the same or am I comparing mondeos and jaguars?

Whta should I ask about when buying a van and shoudl every van come with a motor mover (is this important), awning and anwning light, gas bottle etc

Any help, tips and feedback would be much apprecaited.
