Ground sheet or not - this weekend !!!

Hi All

We are on our second trip away this Friday and I would like to put up our Kampa 390 porch awning. Is it worth us putting the floor down onto grass or will it just be soaked through and a mud bath ?? Its breathable.

Previously had a tent, so new to this !!
