Membership number help

Hi all,

we are new members and are having problems logging into the clubs various online areas.

i have now managed to obviously login to this area using my full number although it took a few attempts for it to recognise my number but I have just downloaded the iPhone App and couldn't login to that using my full 8 digit  number ! I out of curiousity
removed the first two numbers and it accepted it ? 

The website won't recognise a 6 digit number but the contact form only allows 6 digits ! 

The card shows a full 8 digit number ?

Can someone please clear this up for the future.
