I am sitting typing this at the Hidden Valley caravan site in Ilfracombe whose web is provided by a company called Club WiFi and is currently running at 4.5Mb. Talking with the owners, this is achievable across all the site and gives few problems even in
the height of summer. Having some 115+ pitches, it is no small site. It is run by a single family and is not part of a massive, highly profitable organisation. If they can do it, why not the CC. I do not know when the Air Angel contract expires, but I would
suggest when it does the CC consider using an organisation that can make it happen. And by the way the site is in rural Devon
