CL (& Club Sites) - online report form

Is there any form of online report form that can be filled in as the only one I can find is for Caravan Europe?  I did email the Community Manager a few weeks back, but have not had any response.  There are only a few forms now in the site book and I would
think there must be a way to submit these online for both Club Sites and CL's to save copying & posting
