Hi, my family and I are going to seacroftfor the first time this easter. I have called the site several times but the site is closed and there's no answer. So my question is this, do the serviced pitches have their own water supply. The caravan club details
them as not being a fully serviced pitch. I only ask because our rig needs it's own water supply. Thanks in advance.

Hi, the ones on the new area of the site have their own tap. It's on a standpipe between you and your neighbour's pitch, but you do have your own tap.

I believe there are a handful of older serviced pitches on the original, lower area of the site that don't have supplies.

Hi, I haven't stayed at Seacroft but, as a general rule, CC site serviced pitches have a water supply, electricity and grey water drainage.  There may also be TV booster on the EHU bollard.  I believe that occasionally sites have fully serviced pitches that
have toilet disposal in addition to the usual services.

Thanks everyone, boleroboy, I mean that it needs a supply tap of its own. There is an external barrel but has been fitted with a ball cock filler which connects to a constant water supply, this is brilliant but the inlet to the barrel is on the side and
has been sealed so cannot be removed and it sticks out of the barrel a few inches which means I can't roll it to a service point like I used to. It sounded like a good idea and has removed a thrice daily chore, but the flexibility in choosing a pitch has gone.
I booked seacroft before the place was fully booked so as not to loose out at a prime time of year but was twitching a bit when thring to get hold of them. (and breathe). Thanks again for the help

sorry if you have done this, but take a few different hose connectors with you to connect to the tap as there does not seem to be a set standard across club sites - the cheap ones from B&Q will do

All the service pitches at Seacroft have their own tap and Gray water disposal. The newest service pitches at the top of the site are by far the best. We will be there at Easter as well and hoping to get one of the new pitches.
