hi, we bought a second hand sterling elite single axle caravan last year, that has a motor mover fitted. we don't have any manuals etc for the motor mover, and can't see any model number on the unit itself, but believe it to be a powrtouch, and guess that
it's one of the older models - perhaps a model 3? it's an electric engage, and the unit on the side where there caravan door is ( can never remember if that's kerbside or not!) dosent move onto the tyre. the other side does engage. on both the sides the rollers
move, so I'm guessing there isn't an electrical fault, it must be a gear problem? has anyone had a similar issue? if so is it cost effective to have it repaired, or should we just invest in a whole new mover

If you Google powertouch, their parts and info site are second to none, very helpful and they even answer your emails! Give them a try, their website is very good.
