Rally Air pro Condensation
We have just returned from France, where we spent a month with friends, who bought a Kampa Rally Air Pro 260 before they left England.
There were no instructions in the box when they opened it, so they downloaded them from the Kampa website to take with them.
The awning is strong and solid, BUT, the problem is acute condensation. The condensation actually drips from the ceiling of the awning, onto anything below, ie chairs table etc. This makes the awning totally unsuitable for storing anything
in.
There is a warning in the instructions referring to condensation, but you only see the instructions after you have purchased the awning. So Kampa are aware of the problem.
Why didnt they sort this out, before putting the awning out on the market? After all this wasnt a cheap product. £599.
Has anyone else had this problem?
We were looking to buy one ourselves, but after witnessing the problem, we will not be doing so.
