VAT on Caravan Storage??

Have just received our annual bill for our caravan storage on a gold rated site.and we have been charged 20% VAT for the first time. The letter concludes with the fact that the government has put this tax on Caravan and Motorhome storage, and regrettfully
this has to be passed on to customers. It makes quite a jump on the annual storage costs!! Has anyone any info on this??
