No hot water and also pump problems on Lunar van.
i recently bought a 2012 Lunar 464 and couldn't get hot water when I took it away. Was on ehu. There are two water heater switches, one near the door and another down by the front seats. I put both of them on, am I doing something wrong? I don't know
if I'm doing the right thing with the yellow valve handle under the front seat. I know having it up drains the water and the dealer on the walk through said as long as I had the handle flat it didn't matter whether it was towards me or away from me. But
why have two positions.? Is one to fill the hot water tank?
also the pump seems a bit dodgy where it goes into the side of the van. It's a Whale pump I think, I push it in as far as I can and turn the pump on and open the taps....which worked ok in my old van. The pump whirrs for a bit, then stops, then comes on
again. I have to go back outside and jiggle it, not needing to push it in any further but kind of jiggle it up and down. It's very temperamental. Should I tell the dealer and see if I need a new pump?
while I'm asking lots of questions I have one more! Where the TV aerial sockets are by the front seats/bed why are there two sockets one above the other? One of them appears to have a slightly different screw fitting.
thanks in advance.
