Current insurers refused me insurance for new van

had a slight panic when I rang up and as ive gone from having a 3k value van to a 12k value one and ive only a year's towing experience they initially said they wouldn't insure me.  They then said they could put me on an elite scheme which includes personal
injury cover, public liability cover, etc for £500!

 

Ive declined their kind offer and thankfully found some insurance for £200.  I only renewed my policy 8 days ago and they then said they were only going to refund me £22 from the £75 Id paid.  I politely kicked up a fuss and am now getting a £57 refund.
