Towsure Insignia Awning

Hi

has anyone had any issues with Towsures Insignia Awning? We bought one at the NEC show in October 2012. We've used it twice for for a total of 25 nights. When we came to take it down two week ago we found the poles had worn several holes in the fabric at
the main loadbearing areas across the front. Ive been back to Towsure who have refused to do anything, first stating its out of warranty and after I cited the sale of goods act came back with  its "wear and tear from the fabric rubbing on the poles"  I would
add their customer service left a lot to be desired! Ive caravaned for 20 years, had half a dozen awnings, most of which were sold on in good condition. Ive never seen wear like this after such a short period.
