Control Panel Hook up light

I have a Hymer 644, electric hookup is plugged in and all electrical items ie fridge and sockets work. On the control panel above the door the light which shows the hookup is plugged in is not on. I have read the manual to see if maybe it is run by a fuse
but cannot find and information - can anyone help Please.
