Short Stay sites only

Given the popularity of city sites like Rowntree, Baltic Wharf and Cherry Hinton, should such sites be made short stay only, e.g. maximum length of stay 3 nights.
Combine this with no awnings and there is the opportunity to increase the number of pitches and the availablity.
