Kia Sportage owners. Be aware.

Just a little warning for owners of new Kia Sprtages with model specific electrics. We hooked up to our caravan today to go away but on checking the lights we had a strange combination of lights out. Brake lights and one indicator working but no other road
lights. It appears that the vehicle specific electrics kits have a gromit that is not sealed. In the heavy rain last week water has run along the wiring and got into the connector. It is NOT a fitters mistake as the kit comes ready to fit. 

On a brighter note I would like to thank Mayday rescue and North West Towbars who have been brilliant and got us back on the road.
