Insurance Call Centre Performance

I called early yesteday afternoon with a query on my documentation.  No response so I left a message to be called back.  Tried callin a few times more ringing for 20 -30 mins at a time - no response.  I've just had the call back nearly 24hrs later. Appalling
service!!!
