Trouble logging on to wifi at sites

Anyone else had trouble to log on or register to purchase wifi.It is over a year since I registered and can't remember the password I used.I've tried re-registering with new password but it says my e-mail address is already on the system and just to login.After
numerous attempts trying to remember the password I may havw use it tells me unable to log me in as password incorrect. There is no facility thar says 'Forgotten your password'
