Santa Fae suspension problems

I have a 2010 Hyundi Santa fae with self leveling suspension and I tow a 2011 Swift Challenger 656. I have noticed a very unstable ride.

The Hyundi garage checked the car over a year ago and said the rear shock absorbers need replacing. A year down the line and I still have a very bouncy ride.
