Thetford Toilet Cleaning

Despite using Blue Diamond cleaner in the flush tank and cleaning the toilet bowl with Thetford bowl cleaner my toilet bowl is starting to discolour.

Does anybody know a safe way of cleaning this to bring it back to the gleaming white it once was?
