Towing mirrors

First ever post so hope its in the right place. Now about to get some towing mirrors and wonder which are the best. We have a Vw Caravelle for towing so quite wide already. Also I notice many available with flat or convex glass. What do you experienced guys
and girls use. Your help and advise would be much appreciated.
