2 Part Question. Carrying Gas and Swapping Gas

As titled I wanted to find out how many cylinders of gas my recently purchased van would carry as dont yet have the van or manual as im sure that would state. Purchased privately it is a 2008 Abbey Zafari 580.

I understand the usual size of gas is 6kg but could I carry two.

Secondly I see from the calor site that bottles are placed into two swappable sections.

why is it I can not swap a bottle of 15kg Brutane to 6kg propane when I am looking for less gas?

I would have thought you could swap for same or less weight but not higher.

I also have a 12kg brutane but cant see this on the calor site, will I have problems with this?

I will call Calor tomorrow but thought you knowledgeable crowd may know.
