Ferry Pitches at Rookesbury Park

For some reason we seem to be unable to book a ferry pitch for June 2013. The system shows that they are all full, right through the year!! Surely that can't be the case?!!! Is this just a problem with the booking area of the website, or can't we book until
the site opens in March?
