Great phone service

Well there I was trying to post on CT last night and it just wouldn't let me! I was logged on, if I clicked on my profile all the details wre there, but as soon as I tried to get anywhere else it asked me to log in again. So I phoned the website help number
this morning and spoke to a very nice and knowledeable young lady who took me through the steps to solve the problem in about 2 minutes flat. Apparently it was a "compatability issue"! So thanks for that help whoever you were - you did tell me your name but
I'm afraid I can't remember it now.
