Commenting on reviews

Has anyone else had problems submitting comments on reviews? I like to be able to say if I find them useful or alternatively give possible answers to points made in them. I'm logged on, get the comment box and can type a comment in, but when I press submit
nothing happens. Have tried it on two different computers with the same result.
