Really really need help please!

Hi all, my tow car is an S Max. I noticed today the tow bar on the car has a 13 pin plug. The caravan has 2 7 pin plugs. I have looked on a few websites, and they have a a converter, but, it says the 13 plug for the caravan and 2 7 pins for the car. Can
i use it the other way round please?
