Swift Conqueror 530 2014

i have a 2014 swift conquerer & just had it serviced for the first time with no problems,the only querie that i have noted is that the dinnett seating area is showing sign of wear ,as the seating is showing that the padding is very soft & is not going back
to its original shape .

Have any body else found this and if so have it been reported to swift under the terms of the waranty & what have they done about this.
