Over the years, I have bought and been given various head torches and they did the job but I have just bought my first Cree LED head torch from Amazon to use on the trip I am on now in North Norfolk and boy! Bright or what?!! The light output is incredible
and it's probably a good job it has 3 light setting as people could be forgiven for thinking there was a disco or a light show going on in the CL! It also has red LEDs for doing thing like baiting hooks during night fishing etc. Path brite - simply and quite
literally brilliant! The advent of LEDs has been amazing.

    Yes , I use and sell the "cob led" head torch and as you say give a super light and the battery's last so much longer.......
