Chillie Jam anyone?

Two years ago, we received, as a Christmas present, a jar of 'Chilli Jam' from my daughter. I had never heard of it I am ashamed to say but as I like chillies in recipes, I was intrigued. I LOVE THIS STUFF! It was a complete revelation and with cold meats and salads I can't think of a better accompaniment. I now make my own when I get time . So simple but so utterly scrummy!
