Dogs and Motorhomes

Hi, new to motorhoming but not camping.  Bought motorhome and seeking advice on how we should travel with the dogs.  We have a Swift 4 berth, but only 2 seatbelts.  Should we get crates, we don't really want to damage or alter the inside of the van with
permanent fixings.  The dogs are Springer and Cocker spaniels.  How do other people travel with their dogs please ?
