Prestige Boatyard Bridge Street Loddon. We stayed at this CL site last week. We found the owner to be very friendly and helpful. The site is slightly sloping with short cut grass. The very big advantage of this site is the closeness of the local amenities. Out of the top of the CL and you are in the middle of Loddon High Street, four pubs, Indian, kebab, Chinese, fish and chip take aways. Co-op Supermarket and a very good bus service. If you go out of the CL from the other end past the boat sheds and you are immediately on the Loddon Staithe and the water mill. Watch the boats come and go or visit the Mill Tea Rooms, or just a few yards away Rosie Lees Tea Rooms. The village of Loddon has so very much to offer steeped in history . Pop into the volunteer run Information office and they can give you a wealth of information of local markets and wonderful walks. Prestige Boat yard has so much to offer whether you have a caravan or a motorhome. At £12.50 a night with EHU, showers and toilets it represents great value for money.
