Help! Hire car companies that offer cars that tow?

Hello all,

We've had the worst luck - my husband was involved in an accident a few days ago (he is fine, the other guy has admitted responsibility too) and our tow car is being written off

We are due to holiday in France in 2 weeks time and at the moment have no car to pull our van! My brother has offered his car which can easily tow but I was hoping to not disrupt him for 3 weeks if I can. So does anyone know of any hire car companies that
offer tow cars?

It's a long shot I know, but worth an ask.
