New caravan tyres - again!!!

We have a Bailey Senator Wyoming Series 6.  It's a twin axle fitted with a single motor mover as recommended by the dealer.  Following it's recent service it has been recommended that all four tyres are changed due to being cracked and split.  This will
be the second time they've been changed, meaning this will be the third set of tyres since new.  This seems excessive considering the van is only just 6 years old with minimal mileage.  Has anyone else experienced this?  We are wondering whether the motor
mover is to blame?
