Used motorhome prices on Club Classifieds?

Morning all, we are looking to buy a used 4-berth end-lounge motorhome with overcab bed, preferably under 6 ish meters long. Looking on the Club Classifieds there is the usual selection of dealer and private items priced as you would expect, eg 99 Swift
590RL for about £13 k. Some however are just priced seemingly way too low such as a 2010 VW T5 camper for £4000? What am I missing here..I don't want to start calling sellers and asking why they have their prices wrong!
