Unfortunately my  Bailey Olympus 2 540-5 which I bought new in 2012 has leaked quite badly in the front locker area. This has spread into the inside of the van damaging the floor. The dealership I bought the van from has approval from Bailey to cut out and
replace the top section of floor where there is damage.

I am having difficulty understanding how this will be done as looking at the drain hole in the front locker I see a plywood, foam, plywood sandwich construction which I assume is bonded.

Can anyone explain the floor construction to me, and what would be involved in replacing a section of it.

thanks.
