Caravan Tyre Liffespan. Defined?

Hi there

I have a Compass Omega 505 and recently had it serviced. Apart from a couple of issues i already knew about the technician reported the tyres maybe original ( 2005/6) and maybe advisable to change.

He suggested they were in really good condition and not signs of wear / cracks / issues etc but that its advisable to change after 7 years?

Is this a defined tyre lifespan?

Obviously dont want to take any risks for sake of £100 but wondered what people thought?
