Post Winter Storage Water / Filling of heater etc

Hello there

I am coming out of my first winter as a member and thanks to advice on here the van seems to have faired well over winter!

Apart from the customary wash and spring clean all seems well. I drained down the van for winter and left taps open etc etc.

Now I intend to use the van soon and wondered about actually 're-watering' the van i.e. filling back up etc. Are there things to look out for ( apart from leaks)

I have a Truma water heater and wondered if its simply a case of getting water and running taps / tank will fill etc when i ' go live' - Nervous about burning out anything that should have water but doesnt etc

Hope this all makes sense?!
